OUR MISSION AND VISION
Barnabas International exists to provide spiritual care and encouragement to global workers in a variety of
ways www.barnabas.org.
One way is through 6 day renewal retreats for global workers, both expatriate and national pastors and
missionaries. These retreats are offered as ELIM Retreat Ministries, a ministry of Barnabas International.
The mission of ELIM Retreat Ministries is to provide places and occasions for the spiritual debriefing,
renewal, and pastoral care for the global worker. We believe that strengthened Christian workers result
in fruitful and effective Kingdom work.
The vision of ELIM Retreat Ministries is to provide a safety net of preventative pastoral care for global
workers in strategic locations world-wide.
